Welcome to Alpha Phi at The George Washington University.  The Iota Iota Chapter, Alpha Phi’s first in the nation’s capital, is a group of intelligent, sophisticated, and ambitious women.  Our keystone is friendship -– warm, simple, and sincere. In Alpha Phi there is encouragement, understanding, and opportunities to grow. Alpha Phis are more than just friends; we are a support system and network for every sister.  With members all over the world and collegiate and alumnae chapters throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe -- our sisterhood knows no bounds.

The Iota Iota Chapter of Alpha Phi was founded in 2002 by a group of bright, energetic women. Our chapter's founders were women of bravery, strength, and vision. Today, their legacy lives on in our members, an elite group of women--the best and brightest at The George Washington University.  We take part in countless on and off-campus activities, excel in all academic areas, and raise the bar for GW’s Greek Life with each of our accomplishments.  Alpha Phi is a legacy that The George Washington University will not soon forget.
